Asan Analyst youhelpto build advertising performance databases update reports and dashboards andprovide optimization recommendations to clients on a periodic basis all with the purpose of using datainformed decision making to drive business growth for our clients. Yourrole will be critical as a passionate advocate of the role of analytics indriving purchase journey insights audience planning and optimizingperformance learning and bringing your thoughts and experience to make thefuture of data and analytics in China. Youwill be responsible for: Own the process of database managementreporting and optimization for the clientandsupport planning teams internally. Become a member of a larger team byattending team trainingsevents communicating and collaborating well withteammates of various expertise. Consulting of clients in the area ofdigital data general analytics dashboard and audience planning. Keep abreast of new data managementvisualization and advanced analytics methods Work closely with our Strategy Insightand Content talents in Shanghai to integrate our responses to clients anddefine more clearly the roles and responsibilities across teams. Adoption and localization of globalWavemaker RGP Planning Tools. Help with Ad hoc analytics requests toimprove client satisfaction around the agency. Demonstrateexceptional critical thinking and effective problem solving skills. Consistently exhibit natural curiosityand dynamism. Effectively work collaboratively. Interestedin analytics and an eagerness to learn and enjoys working with others andstrong sense of responsibility. Displayexceptional communication skills feel comfortable to present; maintainpositive attitude and act consistently as a team player. Appropriately and openly participate inteam agency and industry initiatives. Fluent in Chinese and working proficiencyin English.
